Friendly predictions, fictional points

Betcha! lets friends form groups, make yes-or-no predictions, agree on resolution criteria, confirm outcomes, and track fictional point balances. Points have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, or exchanged through Betcha! for money, goods, or prizes.

Betcha! does not collect wagers, process payments, pay winnings, or create real financial debts. References to bets, stakes, balances, owing, or settlement refer only to play points. Do not use the service to arrange or record real-money wagering or anything else of real-world value.

Your account and groups

Betcha! is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age or consent requirement that applies where you live. Do not use the service if you are under 18. Use an account you are authorized to use and keep it secure. Do not impersonate another person. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Joining a group is your choice. Share invitations responsibly: a person who receives a valid invitation can sign in and join. Other members can see the group’s activity and your display name.

Fair and safe use

• Use clear questions and resolution criteria, and confirm results honestly with the other participants.
• Do not post illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing material, or disclose someone else’s private information without permission.
• Do not create predictions that encourage dangerous acts, self-harm, harm to others, or illegal conduct.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other accounts, overload the service, or exploit errors to manipulate records.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it. You retain your rights to that content and give Betcha! permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service for your group.

Results and disputes

The app applies its displayed rules, including locked entries and participant confirmation of results or voids. Friends are responsible for agreeing on facts and outcomes. Betcha! does not independently verify real-world events, arbitrate disputes, or enforce obligations between members.

Beta availability

Betcha! is a beta service. Features, limits, and availability may change, and errors or data loss can occur. The anonymous demo resets on reload. Do not rely on the app as your only copy of information you need to retain.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, Google sign-in, cookies, sharing, and deletion requests. You can stop using Betcha! at any time and contact sagi.polaczek@gmail.com to request account deletion.

We may restrict access or remove content to address violations of these terms, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements. Shared records and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
